Just flaunting Blockchain technology to showoff maybe a mindset of a bureaucrat but it wouldn’t solve any problem of EPR ( Extended Producer Responsibility ), if Plastics Recyclers and Economically poor and the base of Waste management; Waste pickers are not formalised in the system and connected with Municipalities. It’s the municipalities, which need them, not the other way round. But Municipal Commissioners and it’s office are still very Feudalistic and Victorian unless they get a form directly from the Central & State Governments they will oy serve Waste Mafias!!
